Life had been crazy for the Frederick family. Though the place they called home was a typical stretch of rural West Virginia, their backyard had become ground zero in a spectacular series of run-ins with a host of bizarre beings, including a diminutive demon, a hypno-eyed stalk of blood-sucking space celery and one hella-pissy, quasi-corporeal cosmic dignitary.
